Role: Product Manager
I lead the redesign of all Broadway.com product lines—web, mobile, iOS and ecommerce. I defined a product vision, product goals and set priorities. I planned the roadmap and mentored team members to help them reach milestones. I created user stories, tests and flows. I whiteboarded non-stop. I created wireframes, prototypes and even pushed code to git if that’s what it took. I held brainstorming sessions, presented to stakeholders, conducted in-house user testing, scheduled remote user testing, defined A/B tests, worked closely with marketing & editorial to solve workflow issues for content in our CMS delivered cross-platform and strategized with developers about design pattern implementation, responsive layout challenges and JIRA/git workflows. Whew!
I’m excited to see our efforts still launching. On mobile, you can see the new mobile site (iterating towards fully responsive). On desktop, you can see the video portal that started it off, the show pages, homepage and e-commerce pages.
